I can't tell you how sad this makes me. A co-worker (married but with no kids) asked me the other day, "would you breastfeed your baby in CHURCH?" me: "i don't go to church, but if I did, and my baby was hungry, then YES of course." her: "i just think it's a little inappropriate." me: "you know what's inappropriate? That i would be JUDGED for feeding my baby the way GOD intended me to feed her, but if I whipped out a bottle of warm water and powdery goo, then that would be APPROPRUATE." It makes me so angry I can't handle it/ So I try to be nice. But it's hard. So hard...
