Getting crafty.
I am currently a stay-at-home mom and I have decided that I cannot let my creativity and all the projects I intend to do go wasted because I just spend my days tending to Olivia and my free time just disappears and I do not have much to show for it. Laundry, walks, play dates, trips to Target, reading, cleaning, etc. are productive and necessary things but I must manage my time better because there are many things I want to make! I want to make headbands and hair clips for Olivia, I want to make her some felt dolls, and I also want to begin her 1st year scrapbook. I'd love to make her some dolls made out of organic felt, but I cannot seem to find any in any colors other than some tan felt on a super random website. If you know of any, spread the wealth! I have a photo of a doll I made on a whim in San Francisco. I wasn't super picky about how I made her and I made some mistakes but she is still pretty cute:

I feel the same way as you do with all of these projects that I want to do! Let me tell you - the older the baby gets, the less time you have - seriously!!!
Have you considered making your own felt? You can make it from yarn or wool roving - or even wool sweaters that you get from the thrift store! It's fun and pretty easy to do, and you will feel so proud once you do it! I love your doll - so cute!
